SPIN CLASSES

One of the primary reasons that spin has caught on globally is the fact that people of all different fitness levels can participate in the program at the same time. All it takes is the desire to push yourself to try something new.

Spin class is both engaging and physically demanding by design. It’s based on cadence and heart rate (or RPMs), which means that your body helps determine the difficulty of the overall workout. Current members of spin classes at Future Fitness often cite a sense of achievement or completion as one of the main reasons they keep coming back for more.
